My AXE 1000 receiver is restarting itself often, pls help

last year i upgraded my AXE 1000 software to BT 1.34 sw:v1.38.4 k:59

since that my receiver is restarting itself every 5 minutes or so if i watch a scrambled channel. i could not get the new software, please anyone help me to overcome from this problem, if anyone have this new software please give me the link\
