New Server

I register in a paid server but when I watch any channel on Nilesat like (ART,Showtime) it works for 30 seconds and closed for 1 minute or more but when I watch channel on Arabsat like (Orbit) it didn't close.

My software is BT: 1.34 SW: v1.38.4 K: 89

and when I call the admin of server he told me it works at his place and no disconnect

So I need help for this problem

It is not a fault with your receiver. It a problem with the server itself. Tell the server admin to check his dvb links...Even if it works fine with him doesnt mean it has to work fine wid others...Newcamd requires constant refreshing...If the server is overloaded for a certain card e.g.nilesat then it will not work fine as majority of users are accessing that certain port...but if orbit is working fine means there arent many users for that certain port or accessing that port...Limited users for newcamd..over use of any package will cause tremendous freezing as ur facing...my advice ask for ur money back or ask for another service...either get gbox or ccamd if u have a receiver wid that capability.
Best ones are either dreambox or vbox..Dreambox works with gbox, ccamd and newcamd.
Vbox same as what maxx was before but works quite smoothly and has been running since 2 yrs.

They know the solution but not necessarily will take action...

My friend use the same server with the same software and the same receiver and it also disconnect for nilesat channels .... but the different is the disconnect for him takes 2 or 3 seconds only and my disconnect takes 1 minute and sometimes more
