I cannot set up the dish anymore...please help!

Hi everyone,

I've had my MAXX 1000 for over a year and always worked perfectly, well I lost a couple of times the satellites position settings but always managed to set them back up again.

However this morning, I was watching TV and suddenly froze when I wanted to change of satellite: "Dish is moving onto Hotbird" and stay like this. I tried to change of a satellite again and froze too with the other satellite.

I tried to set up the dish motor but does not move at all. However the motor dos not seem to be brokern because it moves when I change of channel although there is no channel which comes on.
This box is on the blink! Do you know if there is any way to reset the box and how?
